Your company is my first time to joined Health Card or Health benefits outside of my work, and when my son got sick and had been hospitalized and pass thru a major operation on his Appendix, I decided to try to use this membership of mine to your company. I called your Hotline number and they accompanied me well, they send me an e-mail for the list of the requirements needed. And when I completed those requirements I send it back then to move and process my papers. They also reminded for the duration of the process so that I know until when I will be waiting.

And now after that days said to me (15 days) done they finally send an e-mail again for the last requirements they need.

I am very grateful to your staff because finally my benefits will be rewarded soon, I just want to say that keep on your service good and more power to your company.
